Kilig Ko Return & Refund Policy

At Kilig Ko, every piece is made with care and intention. We want you to love your order as much as we loved making it! Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.


Validity
  • This policy is valid for 15 days from the date your order is delivered. After 15 days, we can no longer offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Pre-Orders, Orders & Processing Time
  • All items are made-to-order and crafted specially for you. Our standard processing time is 2 weeks before shipping, unless otherwise stated in the product description (some collections may have longer durations IE: pre-orders).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • All Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Kindly double-check your shipping address, size, and order details before checkout, we cannot make changes after the order has been placed.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
  • We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds only if the error is on our end.
  • If the mistake was not caused by Kilig Ko (e.g., wrong size ordered, incorrect address, or failure to read product details), we will not be held liable for replacement or refund.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue was due to our error.
  • All Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return or exchange items.
  • Kilig Ko is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If your concern qualifies under our policy, please email us at sarah@kiligko.com with the subject line:
ORDER#[your order number]_{registered customer name]
In your email, kindly include:
  • Your reason for the request
  • Photo or video proof (if applicable)
We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.


Sale & Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
